Joanne Meza, MAC, BA
Joanne earned her Masters in Counseling in 2007, gaining wide-ranging experience working with diverse populations, including children, teenagers, and families. For over seven years, Joanne worked with survivors of trauma and crime, as well as perpetrators of the crime. Joanne has also been and educator since 2013. These days, Joanne has shifted her focus to include individuals seeking to optimize their health and well-being through behavior and lifestyle modification.

Nicholas Cubillos, MSc, CSCS
Nicholas specializes in strength and conditioning research under the mentorship of Dr. Sandor Dorgo. Nicholas has gained extensive experience in physical therapy working as a Physical Therapy Technician, and in performance working with a variety of athletes. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). |
Earl Hayden, PT, DPT, CSCS
Dr. Hayden is a proud El Pasoan and graduated from Eastwood High School in 2001. He graduated with his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Kinesiology in 2007 (University of Texas at El Paso). In 2014, he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (University of Texas at El Paso). In addition, Dr. Hayden has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association since 2007 and enjoys applying traditional strength training principles in the rehabilitation setting to maximize the recovery of his patients while maintaining their safety. He is recognized as a provider for Graston Technique (Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, or IASTM) and is in the beginning process to become a certified Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy practitioner (MDT, known as the McKenzie Method). Dr. Hayden is a member of the Texas Physical Therapy Association, American Physical Therapy Association, Sports section of the American Physical Therapy Association, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Joseph Cole, PT, DPT
El Paso native, Dr. Cole, graduated from Parkland High School in 2007. In 2011, he graduated with high honors with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science (University of Texas at El Paso). In 2014, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy, graduating at the top of his class (University of Texas at El Paso). His interests are sports rehabilitation and manual orthopedics. In addition, Dr. Cole is certified in Dry Needling, Level 1 (FDN), has experience in Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFR) for rehabilitation and musculoskeletal injuries, and is a member of the Texas Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
